This was a great introduction. These complex platforms (i.e., Claris/Filemaker, Photoshop, etc) can be so overwhelming to even get a grip on the top menu bar. This course not only goes through the entire program, but it does so in a manner that is efficient without diverting into an infinite regress of detail. I put together a simple database, and feel I have my feet under me and ready for the intermediate course. The instructor is clearly highly expert, but has honed this intro course beautifully.

The course is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone considering taking the FileMaker Certification exams. It brings together the huge amount of material required to pass the exam in an easy to use format. The teaching is straight forward and clear. There is a mass of information here. The bottom line: I am convinced that the course helped me pass the exam. Well worth the money.

Really worked for me! I had zero knowledge of API's, let alone any other types of programming knowledge outside of FileMaker, but now I do. The course explained the basics that you need and it also opened my mind what else I need to build on. For the money, it's a no brainer.

The BaseElements course far exceeded my expectations. I've used BaseElements for many years but had a limited understanding of it. This course, combined with the latest version of BaseElements, is an extremely pleasant surprise for both veteran and new users. Required exam preparation! I failed my first attempt and then embarked on the PCU training and passed right away. I don't know how I would have done so without the course. Thank you PCU!!
